Construction

1: Phase conductor: Circular compacted stranded aluminum

2: Conductor screen layer: Extruded semi-conductive compound.

3: Insulation: XLPE

4: Insulation screen layer: Extruded semi-conductive compound.

5: Separator layer: non-hygroscopic tape.

6: Outer sheath (optional): PE/XLPE/PVC, UV-resistant.

7: Support conductor: Stranded galvanized steel wires or aluminum alloy wires
Core identification (optional): Colors tape or numbers.
Assembly: Three XLPE insulated screened cores are bundled around the galvanized steel wires in a right hand lay.
Note: Support conductor could be with or without insulation

  • Voltage Rating: 6kV-46kV
  • Operating Temperature:
    PVC : -15°C to +70°C PE: -40°C to +70°C XLPE : -40°C to +90°C
  • Minimum Laying/ Installation Temperature:
    PVC : 0°C PE: -20°C XLPE : -20°C
    Note: The above temperature rating provisions can be changed as order.
  • Minimum Bending Radius: 12 x OD (Overall Diameter)
